From birth, man is given the task to learn to use his senses, unfortunately, as man grows, so does his skepticism of their reliability. This leaves man dissatisfied, never able to arrive at what the senses desire. This is true of all the senses but it can evidently be seen in the passion the eyes arouse but never satisfies. What is the reason for this? All the senses hunger for more than what the world is able to offer. Since the Fall, which separated man from God, man's senses have been left desiring to catch a glimpse once again of their Creator. The good news is that in Jesus, man is given a chance to catch this divine glimpse. Not belonging to the world, this glimpse is offered in the most unusual of ways.
