Following At A Distance?

After taking Jesus into custody for a crime He didn’t commit they look for witnesses that might lie in a credible way. While this is going on Peter ends up doing exactly the opposite of what he wanted to do. Some of the guards treated Jesus terribly. After questioning Jesus says that He is the Son of God. These religious leaders accept Jesus’ words as blasphemy, not truth.
