Sermon Title: Christ-Centered Equals God-Centered
By: Elder David Kauer
Date: 6-19-2010
Key Text: Isaiah 45:15-22
"Look to Me, and be saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other" [Is. 45:22] "Let it be known to you and to all the people of Israel: That by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth,..." "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." [Acts 4:10a, 12]
For nearly two millennia, the people of God have been studying and discussing the reconciliation of these two statements. Is "Christ-centered = God-centered" a Biblical Postulate - Bible Truth? This is a message in the study of the "Spiritual Church". (approx. 40 min.)

Sermon Title: The Spiritual Church
By: Elder David Kauer
Date: 06-12-2010
Key Text: Philippians 2:5-13
"Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus" (Phil. 2:5) The ministry of Jesus was always with the emphasis that He had not come to do His own will, but to do the will of His Heavenly Father. The Spiritual Church is Christ-centered, Team-oriented, and Battle-focused! The warfare of The Spiritual Church in the 21st century is a call to arms. The arms is not just having the knowledge of God from His Word, but how to use the knowledge properly in the power of the Holy spirit living within the Believer. (Approx. 43 min.)

Sermon Title: If My People. . .
By: Elder David Kauer
Date: 06-05-2010
Key Text: 2 Chronicles 7:12-22
"If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face. . ." (2 Chronicles 7:14) This statement is a quotation of the command of God to King Solomon at the time of the dedication of the Temple. According to the same statement the Temple was the place chosen by God that His name should be their forever, also His eyes and His heart... The whole area of the temple mount was chosen by God to be His place among His people "The mountaintop is most holy" according to the "Law of the temple," (see Ezekiel 43:12). What does this have to do with the Church of God in the 21st century? In this message we explore some of the Biblical concepts of "end time events" in relation to the "Antichrist message" which is the purpose of "The Dome of the Rock" which presently stands on the Temple Mount. (Approx. 41min.)

Sermon Title: Worthy of the Gospel of Christ
By: Elder David Kauer
Date: 05-29-2010
Key Text: Philippians 1:27-2:4
Why was "Saul of Tarsus" worthy of the Gospel of Christ? In this message we explore the conversion experience this 1st century Jew who was seeking to do the will of God before he met Jesus. How later in his life he would give admonition to believers: "Only let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ." The challenge is now for the 21st century believer to diligently apply this admonition. (Approx. 41 min.)

Date: 05-22-2010

Sermon Title: In Times Like These
By: Elder David Kauer

Key Text: Ephesians 6:10-20
In this message we continue from last Sabbath the exploration of Prayer as a conversation between a child of God and his/her loving heavenly Father, which is always through Jesus Christ, our mediator. There are always some who will ask the question: "Does prayer work? -- Does prayer make any difference?" We see the affirmative in the life of the prophet Elijah, Daniel, the Apostles and others. The challenge now is the same as it was then... It is the practice of the "Walk and Warfare of the Spirit filled Believer." (Approx. 44 min.)
